OMG POLAROID CAMERA GIVEAWAY!

I’ve been meaning to put it up on eBay or sell it or something but I decided what the heck; I’ll give it away to my followers, since you’re all so amazing.
it’s a one-step express polaroid (produced somwehere between 1981 - 86)

it still work, maybe not as great as it used to (the top pictures are samples, maybe it was the film I bought for it though - I’m not sure - but they all fade at the top)

it ‘Impossible film PX600’ colour and black & white.

so if you’re a photography and camera nut like myself, or you just want some fucking awesome old-school camera; here ya go~

RULES:

  • you don’t have to be following me. I’m a fitspo blog, so I get not everyone wants to follow… but it’d be nice :3
  • reblog as many times as you want - likes don’t count.
  • I’ll be using one of those random number pickers
  • make sure your ask is open so I can message you if you’ve won it.
  • if the winner doesn’t reply within 10 days I’ll have to pick a new one.
  • I’ll ship anywhere because I’m so fucking nice and awesome.
  • and that’s all I can think of.

this is my first ever giveaway, so don’t make it a pain in the ass.

the winner will be chosen on June 5th because that’s my liddo sister’s birthday and I won’t forget that way :)

Ladies and Gentlemen, let my first ever give-away begin! and may the odds, be ever in your favour.

muffintop-less:

My Leg Workout
Squats 5x12 (I started too light and had to add some weight, so 4 working sets)
Leg Press 3x10 - Superset - Leg Extensions 3x12
Bench Step-Ups w/Dumbbells 3x15 each - Superset - Sumo Squats w/Dumbbell 3x10
Stiff-leg Deadlifts 3x12 - Superset - Walking lunges (til I couldn’t stand up)
I did this one on Tuesday and I’m sore as heck. Always warm up and use proper form to avoid injury. Breathe properly on all exercises and engage your core. Be smart, don’t hurt yourself. ENJOY!!! This one’s a killer ;)

8 Benefits of Spinach
1. Loaded with Vitamins: like A, K, D, and E and a host of trace minerals.
2. Good Source of Omega 3 Fatty Acids: the kind most of us need in North America.
3. Anti-Cancer and Anti-Inflammatory Antioxidants: Researchers have identified more than a dozen different flavonoid compounds in spinach that function as anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer agents. In a recent study on the relationship between risk of prostate cancer and vegetable intake (including such healthy vegetables as broccoli, cabbage, and brussel sprouts) only spinach showed evidence of significant protection against the occurrence of aggressive prostate cancer.
4. Alkalizes the Body: All those minerals helps to balance off the highly acid diet which most of us subject our bodies to and which drains our energy, increases obesity and a creates host of other health problems.
5. Nourishes the Eyes: The carotenoids found in spinach protect against eye diseases such as cataracts and macular degeneration.
6. Strengthens the Bones: One cup of fresh spinach (or 1/6 cup of cooked spinach) contains TWICE your daily vitamin K needs. This along with the calcium and magnesium in spinach is essential to maintain healthy bones.
7. Perfect for Green Smoothies and Salads: Organic pre-washed spinach is now readily available in most grocery stores. If you haven’t yet tried a green smoothie yet and think they might taste yucky then try one with the main ingredient as spinach. Spinach is so sweet, we guarantee you will be impressed.
8. Spinach is FRESH! Studies have shown that even the artificial light in the grocery store shining on those plastic tubs of spinach can actually help keep the leaves from spoiling. This indicates the spinach is still metabolically active and fresh. (x)
